Round Trip Transfer to Farm (Pick-up within Penang Island only)
The roads leading to our farm are narrow single-lane roads, with a couple of uphill slopes as you get closer. Because we are located remote in the hills of Balik Pulau, ride-hailing services such as Grab (Uber) are not available for trips to or from the farm.
For your convenience, we recommend booking a round trip transfer with your tour. Our regular licensed taxi drivers are experienced with the hillside roads, so you can relax and enjoy the scenic journey while they take care of the driving.
Your driver will wait at the farm until tour completes.
Pick-up service is available within Penang Island only.
Not applicable for pick-ups from the Mainland (Butterworth / Seberang Perai) or other states.
The round-trip transfer is a point-to-point service. Guests will be dropped off at the same location as the original pick-up point.
Requests for alternative drop-off locations are subject to the taxi driver's discretion.

Additional charges apply for the following:
- Additional services / hours in transfer e.g. earlier pick-ups or later drop-offs for sightseeing or other activities
- Additional hours e.g. half or full day services
- Additional passengers other than booked and paid for under this reservation / booking
- Extended time at the farm (late departures from farm), at the discretion of your driver, additional charges apply.
Please book the right vehicle according to the number of people booked for the tour:
- Sedan car taxi for 1-4 persons (maximum 4 passengers/guests per car)
- MPVs for up to 6 persons (maximum 6 passengers/guests per MPV)
Note:
- Drivers are not responsible for the booking of wrong vehicles (e.g. a normal taxi will not fit more than 4 persons)
- Please be punctual at the pick-up point to avoid delays in arrival at farm.
Non-refundable on no-show on the day.
Postponements due to unforeseen circumstances requires 2 days' notice.
Notice of postponement of date within 24 hours is non-refundable.
Drivers are not responsible for the lateness in arrival at farm due to guest absence or lateness at pick-up point, traffic conditions or unforeseen road closures.
